"I would recommend Montway Auto transport. My only gripe would be some miscommunication when I booked with them. I reserved my dates for the car pickup 2-3 weeks in advance and I explained I needed my car delivered on a certain day with a couple day flex window. Montway said no problem and suggested having the car picked up a few days earlier than planned just to make sure. This was not a problem and they said a company would call me a week before my pickup to arrange for exact date for pickup and confirm the order. I waited until the end of the week before pickup to call Montway since everything up to this point was smooth. The customer service rep stated that the car may or may not be picked up during the pickup window since the car had not been "picked up by the bid". It will just have to wait until some actual transport company will decide to pick up the car and transport it to delivery address. There is no guarantee when this will occur. All in all a company ended up picking up my car on time and the car was delivered in good condition. Couple paint nicks on the hood and obviously the car was dirty since I opted for the cheaper open transport. I was happy with the services overall and would definitely recommend them. I would use this company in thd future and would just plan ahead with dates knowing the car transport dates may not be guaranteed. "
