Excellent notification of precise pickup time( we had agreed to meet at a parking lot since our location was remote) . Carrier vehicle was clean and driver was professional and pleasant. Only surprise was the car was delivered in 3.5 days whereas we were expecting 4 to 6 days."

The staff kept me updated on when it was shipped, who was shipping it and the arrival date. There was a delay on the arrival by one day due to weather conditions, but that was understandable. "I have no problem with how Montway treated me. They are a broker and cannot control third party truckers. First truck backed out of the delivery, so my delivery had to be rescheduled a week later. The second truck was professional and good to deal with. That is why shipping time I cant give 5 stars."

CONS: Was promised a pick-up by a certain date. Pick up happened 5 days after promised date. They upped the price on me by $25 last minute.
