"I ordered a costume for a school function. The wrong size was sent. I contacted company and they told me I could return it even though it was not within timelines. However, they did not adjust the portal so I could get the authorization form. I contacted them again after a vacation break and was told I could not return it. When I told them it was their fault since size was wrong I got the following comment: "No offense, but why are you just getting around to telling us now--it is seven weeks later?" When I indicated that I had been in touch with them, i got no response. I have sent the message two more times. I may be stuck with a costume that is the wrong size but I will never order from them again. I did take offense."
