"I Have Been a long time Moongo customer. As has been stated They promptly charge you and you never hear from them again no matter what. I tried and tried.
This was my last order. Just proves lower is not always the best."
"I spent $99.40 with Moongo on 6 subscriptions. Two of them started on time. Three of them started after four months and only after I submitted a request to Moongo and they said they had my address wrong. The sixth and final subscription (and the most expensive of the six at $35.55) for US Weekly has never started. In December of 2005 Moongo claimed "the publisher would not accept subscriptions with a business name on it". Now, my e-mails to Moongo are ignored.

"Avoid Moongo. They have no customer service. If you need to cancel/change an order you are out of luck. They don't respond to emails or calls. They will charge your credit card and never hear form them again."
