"Horrible company if I could give them 0 stars I would. I ordered from them and after a month I recieved the item. They charged $13 in shipping for a $12 jumpsuit. The material on the jumpsuit was garbage and it didn't even cover my breast. I asked for a refund she said I got the wrong size and to send pictures. I sent them showing it was not enough material on the jumpsuit and the pics she sent me was not the pics on the website. She basically said oh well she wasn't refunding the jumpsuit."

Emailed the person who was sending the emails to ask to be unsubscribed and still kept receiving emails.

"Great site. Need to be careful of import taxes though.
I've bought from this site twice now with a third on its way. I have to say the site itself is fantastic with its coupons and points to money system best one I've seen around that offers that and such low prices. That being said, I don't particularly like the way orders are handled in the sense that you don't get a confirmation email until they email you that they've dispatched your order (which can take a couple days to a week) but having the option to use Paypal makes me less nervous knowing that If anything does go wrong I've got that to back my money with. The shipping (once dispatched) gets here on the quicker end of the 10-25 days they recommend, with my first being delivered a day before that time frame. I would warn of the costs of shipping though, as my second order was a bit bigger than my first and although I paid shipping for the package on the site, a week after I received it I got slapped with a letter saying I owed a further £20 on top for import taxes and what not.
My advice would be that anyone wanting to buy from this place, do so with little buys (£50 max, with shipping) to avoid any nasty surprises. But overall the site is very good, and it'll continue to have my custom."

"Terrible! I am a reseller and I depend on items to be delivered fast since I have clients that are waiting for their stuff. First of all it took a couple of days for my payment to be confirmed. After 2 days I was informed some items were out of stock so I had to replace them with other items. Then after a couple of emails and some days later I finally received the fedex tracking numbers. When I got my package one item was missing. This item was paid for and appeared as cross marked on an order sheet that came with the package. So basically they knew up front that the item would not be shipped. Still I had not been informed about this. I sent emails asking for the missing item and now 3 days later I have not received a reply. Terrible customer service and I am starting to think this is a ripp off"
