"First of all it took over a week to ship out my wheel. Then when the wheel arrived it was damaged and when you return them, customer service told me it would be almost 2 weeks to ship out the replacement. Customer service told me since the item was damaged they would have to get with the manufacturer of the wheel to approve the replacement even though you can tell it is damaged just by looking at it. Seems like they are more concerned with the manufacture than the customer. I will not buy from this company again."
