"I was trying to order a license plate cover for my Ram 2019 Big Horn. Unbeknownst to me, I came across the wrong one on the website. There is a little questionnaire there to verify whether or not it fits your vehicle. I filled that out and was told on the website that it would fit. My mistake is that I didn't also enter the VIN number. For privacy reasons, I did not want to give them my VIN number. When I received, I tried to install only to discover afterward that it doesn't fit my truck. After doing some research, I discovered that the license plate cover I was sent does not fit my truck. Unfortunately, the way that the license plate cover is designed causes a portion of the plastic to that holds the bolts to crack and bend when it is installed. So not only will they not take the license plate cover back because it cracked a little on installation, but they also won't take it back because I neglected to put the VIN number, which they would have used to verify fit. I know all of this now, but I'm frustrated that they even have a questionnaire on the website if they require the VIN number anyway to verify fit. When I called to ask it about, the first customer service rep wouldn't listen to me or even apologize for the situation. She just hung up on me. I was calm and patient, not yelling whatsoever. The second rep was kinder and more patient, but I could tell she was just letting me express my feelings without trying to help out all. I will not be ordering anything from this company again as this has been such a terrible experience."
