"Could not adjust my quantity in cart. Was contacted by a person from this company and told the part would not fit the vin even though I had pulled the part number directly from the truck, I asked the person to just send me what I had originally bought and was advised there is no return on the electronic items that supposedly didn’t fit my truck after 10 days from this conversation, I still have yet to receive any confirmation on my order status or any kind of shipping information I had originally ordered my parts. The website told me everything was in stock and allowed 2 to 4 business days for shipping. This was one of the reasons why I decided to buy from this place instead of going directly to the dealer. I am not happy at all as I ordered these I had anticipated a somewhat timely delivery whereas now I am out the parts with no timeframe on when they will arrive."
