"Ordered two parts and one showed up. Contact them and explain the problem. A manager has to sign off to ship my parts to me. Call later that day and ask when will my part be shipped. Was told my order was sent to whoever to be fulfilled. Probaly the person that could not count the first time and my guess is it we be sent with no urgency through usps and my vehicle will not be put back together for another week when and if the part arrives."

"I ordered a part on 12 2 2020, it was shipped and was received damaged because they put a 14 inch part in a 9 inch long box by means of bending it in half rendering it unusable . I contacted them about this and sent them pics, it is now the 29th of Dec and still have not received a replacement part. Would anyone else be as happy as I am due to their outstanding customer service!!!!"

"Order was placed 12/11/20 and shipped 12/16/20 with a 12/20/20 delivery date. It is now 12/27/20 and the order still has not been delivered and no new estimated delivery date has been provided. Hopefully, I may actually see it this year...and since it is a cold weather product, hopefully before Spring...."

"Mopar called to confirm the part that I ordered matched my VIN which I appreciated because I would have ordered the wrong part of not for them. The part was exactly as described my only issue is it took four weeks to get my package. I would just be aware it takes a while but will eventually arrive."
