Buyer Beware

"Ordered a Car cover 9/11/20. Item shipped 9/16/20. Transit time via FedEx 4 days - destination 9/20/20. I was required to sign for the shipment which I was never told - I was not home. FedEx refused to leave at my door as I was not home. I re-routed shipment to a local FedEx store where they held it for 5 days. I contacted them and told them I was out of the country and would be able to pick it up on the 6th day. I was told that was not possible that it would be returned to sender. I returned home and went to the store on the morning of the 6th day. Indeed they had returned to sender. Item received back at sender (seller) on 10/5/20 and signed for by a M. Thomas. I received no information about the item from seller or the return by FedEx. 30 days went by and time got away but I contacted seller 12/1/20. Seller representative said I returned the item without authorization and didn't contact them back within 30 days so I was due no refund. Associate was RUDE and spoke to me as though I were stupid. So, they have the item (they signed for it). They refused any refund because I returned without authorization - actually FedEx returned and wouldn't hold ONE more day for me to pick up so now I have a $254 credit card charge for nothing. Thanks for nothing FedEx and Mopar. I own a Fiat Spider and a RAM 1500. I guess that's the loyalty I get for buying MOPAR products. Won't be doing business with this seller again on any level. Not happy with FedEx either."

Terrible customer service and super late part delivery

"I called and ordered a set of parts for my truck, gave them my vin number and asked if these were the right parts for my vehicle, they said it was, when I got them, they were wrong, I sent them back, when I got the correct parts, it was three weeks later, 28 days from initial order. Then I noticed that the correct parts were $20 cheaper than the wrong parts that they sent me so I called back to inquire about a refund of the difference in pricing and the lady told me that they were just swopped out, I then told her that they owed me some money back, then she told me that they only owed me $15 dollars due to the fact that they have several web sites, and based on the one that she was looking at, it only showed a $15 dollar difference, I then informed her that there is no other site for me to see other than the one that comes up for them and it shows the pricing difference to be $20 dollars. At that point, and only at that point, did she agree to refund me the $20 dollars that it shows on there ONLY SITE. Someone needs to be written-up, and better trained, this hole ordeal was beyond ridiculous. Hopefully I never have to deal with them again! "
