"I placed an order and quickly learned I ordered the wrong part. I tried to cancel my order online and was unable to so I submitted a request for a return. Maybe 2 days later my order shipped out and its been about 4 days and STILL no contact about me returning this item they could have kept since I request a return before it was even shipped. Not to mention, my item is the size of half a chapstick and the shipped it in the HUGE box with no packing material or order info inside. "
