After Mopar sat on the order for almost a week, I tried to cancel the order via email. I was notified at 3pm CST by email that I could only cancel by phone. So I tried to call and they were already closed for the day. Before I could call first thing in the morning, amazingly the item had finally shipped.

I will go out of my way never to buy anything from Mopar again.
