"I ordered a part that was on back order but wasn’t notified it was back order till two days had passed, once I was notified of the back order I canceled the order, so I thought. First was an email that I send notification that I wanted to cancel. I then received an email back stating I had to call to stop an order and would be charged a re-stocking fee.....a re-stocking fee on a back ordered part????? I was told that policy......fast forward 2 weeks later I received an email today stating my package was shipped.....I BOUGHT WHAT I NEED LOCALLY, AS I STATED TWICE BEFORE, I DONT NEED IT!!!! REFUND MY MONEY "
"Never was updated about order. Part was superseded and they just left the order in limbo instead of contacting me. Ordered the new part and part never came. Called and inquired and was told part was never ordered. Finally received part. Now have to deal with **** off customer. Thanks. "
