I am disappointed when i called in to make sure i was ordering the correct part. First they said they didn't sell the part. Then kindly informed them this was the 2nd time calling them and ready to order it. She was not very helpful. Asked to be transferred to somebody more knowledgeable, they pushed back too. Explained what i needed and the part. Finally after 5-10 mins, she came back. I asked if I could order it, she said in a not so friendly tone, i must use the website. I had to ask for the part number and asked if they can stay on the phone while i looked up the part number. Will say neither of the ladies i talked too were friendly or even spoke to me in a civil tone. If it wasn't for saving me over 200$ off the part, i would of told them to keep it. "
