Team Myrtle Beach Dodge parts multiple issues

"Issue #1
I ordered 2 OEM speakers for my 2009 Chrysler 300 on Saturday, 4 March 2023. The receipt stated “Please allow 2-4 working days for shipment of your order. Most orders will be shipped from our stock within 24 hours, though some special-order items may take up to 14 days. If we cannot meet this time frame, we will contact you.” On 20 March 2023 I called to ask where my speakers were – the person that answered checked and said they were received and they would put a rush on the order. I did not receive the speakers until 1 April 2023, 28 days after I ordered them and 12 days after I called. No-one from your dealership called as indicated on the receipt, and the promised timeline for shipping was woefully not met.

Issue #2
When I opened the shipping box, one of the inner boxes was open and a speaker was rolling around unprotected in the shipping box (see picture of inner box that shows it was taped shut at one time, but the tape had fractured).

Issue #3
The speaker that was sent and rolling around in the shipping box appeared to be used (see pictures of shipped speaker). There were marks where the screw secures it to the dashboard. The receipt also indicates that an RMA was sent to me, dated 22 Mar 2023, which further confirms my suspicions of a used part.

Issue #4
The speaker that was rolling around in the shipping box is NOT an OEM speaker. I ordered OEM parts. I did not bother to open the 2nd box as it appeared to be the same as the first box. I sent a picture of the OEM speaker that was in my car.

Issue #5
I contacted Team Myrtle Beach on 4 April 2023 at 0845 MDT and spoke to Teresa. When I explained the situation to her, she stated they would never send a used part and the inner box could have never opened. Her attitude was very accusatory and unprofessional – almost like she was calling me a liar. I said I wanted to return these speakers and get my money back. She said there would be a 20% restocking fee. I asked her to send me a shipping label, and she said it was up to me to ship them back at my cost. I asked what address to ship them to, and she said it was on top of my receipt. I thanked her for being very unhelpful and hung up.
