"I recently purchased two cup holder liners for my vehicle. The site listed them as compatible with my 2016 Town + Country and the images even showed them corresponding to the center console area in which I was purchasing for. However, upon receiving them it was obvious without even taking them out of their packaging that they were not compatible. They were much too large to fit into the area they were meant for.
I submitted a return request online immediately and get a notice of what my RMA# is, and that I'll be contacted with instructions on next steps to finalize my return. Today, the next business day, I get an email that states cancellations and/or returns must be done over the phone with a representative to get approval.
WHY then would there ever be an option to submit for return on the website if it's not even allowed? SUPER frustrating. To top it off, I called in, as requested, at about 12:15 Eastern only to get the message that they are at lunch until 1pm and to call back after 1pm Eastern. No big deal, it's just added frustration to this situation. "
