Wrong part sent

"I ordered a windshield wiper arm protective cap ( covers the nut ) and although the part was inexpensive….shipping was 12 dollars. I got the wrong part. It doesn’t fit. I gave the info as a 2010 Chrysler Town&Country touring van. The wrong size cap was sent to me. "

Incompatible Part + Difficult To Remedy with Return

"I recently purchased two cup holder liners for my vehicle. The site listed them as compatible with my 2016 Town + Country and the images even showed them corresponding to the center console area in which I was purchasing for. However, upon receiving them it was obvious without even taking them out of their packaging that they were not compatible. They were much too large to fit into the area they were meant for.

I submitted a return request online immediately and get a notice of what my RMA# is, and that I'll be contacted with instructions on next steps to finalize my return. Today, the next business day, I get an email that states cancellations and/or returns must be done over the phone with a representative to get approval.

WHY then would there ever be an option to submit for return on the website if it's not even allowed? SUPER frustrating. To top it off, I called in, as requested, at about 12:15 Eastern only to get the message that they are at lunch until 1pm and to call back after 1pm Eastern. No big deal, it's just added frustration to this situation.

Anything over 200$ has to be shipped to the billing address. Shipping cost was fake. Item Not actually in stock.

They sent me an email but didn't call to show there was an issue with the order. Wasting my time. Now shipping will be delayed to tomorrow.... I need my part and it not to be crushed by USPS, which it will be.

Also, It showed the cheapest price overall with shipping. When I went to order, shipping price was set to the cheapest location and upped the price when changed. 50$ for a USPS box that is gonna be crushed... get real.

It Showed It was in stock on their website. They then said their website doesn't do that. But I saw it with my own eyes. They Basically called me a liar. Part is delayed till the end of the second week. Debating on Canceling order...
