"Constant updates via emails from Mopar re: delivery dates. Yesterday, the 27th was the day the emails kept saying it was supposed to arrive. When it didn't arrive I was concerned it was lost or stolen from my front porch, so I called the seller. I was informed by the phone rep from Mopar that it was my responsibility to contact FedEx and find out what the holdup was and why the part was still in Kingman, AZ and not here as projected. MY RESPONSIBILITY! How's that for awful customer service. Never again.
I'll be buying my parts from EBay. Had great response from them in the past. "

Ordered it on a Monday (holiday) and received it today, Thursday. Truly impressive. They have certainly won a customer."
