"I used the online VIN finder for parts and located the running boards that would fit my pickup. The running boards were delivered and the boxes were absolutely destroyed upon delivery however the running boards seemed to be okay. The running boards did not fit my pickup. I submitted online requests for customer service without a response. I also called numerous times without an answer and also one time a lady told me she could only sell me things but not help with something I already purchased.
Today I spoke to a manager “Jessica” who told me she could not provide her last name. She also said there was nothing they could do because it was over 30 days despite me explaining that I’ve been trying to get ahold of them. She also claimed someone called and told me the running boards would not fit my pickup and I ordered them anyways.
The customer service is absolutely awful. "
