"Mud flaps being advertised have rams head logo and says ram underneath and in the description it even says "features vehicle logo" but I was sent plain black mud flaps. Called and lady told me these are the ones I ordered, they don't control the pictures on the website?? So they are advertising a product featuring vehicle logos and even saying they feature vehicle logos but sell you a plain black mud flap? Definition of false advertisement "

"Impressive that some of these vendors are still in business. Weeks before Christmas, I ordered a $350 bluetooth speaker for my wife's Jeep. The package took forever to arrive, and when it finally showed up, I got a replacement sun visor instead of a speaker. No idea why the mixup took place. So my wife's big Christmas present was ruined. I emailed them after the holidays to say they'd sent the wrong part. All I got was an email back saying I needed to call them during business hours from 9 am to 4:30 pm Eastern. I would have been MUCH better off ordering this speaker from my local Jeep dealer. Lesson learned. "

"I tried purchasing the items in my cart for over 3 hours, I kept getting a message the AVS didn't match and then decline then duplicate transaction. I finally abandoned the cart and tried again in the morning the following day to have the same thing happen. I saw my credit card was charged in fact the night before, but the screen never updated the items and order was never confirmed as completed. This is very frustrating as we move from commercial banking institutions to online banking. Some of the online banking debit cards don't process online forcing you to use PayPal or some other third party. The site also doesn't have apple pay or google pay which is more evolved."
