"I have been absolutely amazed at how terrible this company managed to be. I ordered parts on June 13th. The parts were "in stock" on their website when I purchased them. After a week and half or so of no updates, I called to see if they had an estimated shipping date. At that point, they told me some of the parts would ship on June 23rd, the others were on backorder until July 3rd.
Fast forward to the beginning of July, still no shipping information on anything. I call again and again and keep getting the run around - "some of the parts are here, our system is down, you should see shipping information today, etc., etc." Eventually, I end up asking to speak to the lady who processed my order. While I'm explaining my frustration with delays and lack of clear communication, she hangs up on me. I call back, and Rocky the assistant manager answers. He starts to give me the same runaround that everyone else. Then, he has the nerve to share his political opinions, blaming the mixups on "Uncle Joe" who has handed out too much welfare and foodstamps causing him to have too few employees to get the work done. Unprofessional to say the least. Finally, he says he will have the parts overnighted from the warehouse to his location, he will then overnight them to me, and they should arrive on Thursday.
Thursday comes and goes, no shipping update. I call on Friday. The agent who answers tells me he can't find the order and doesn't think it is shipping today. He then calls me back, and says nevermind, I should getting shipping info by close of business. Of course, that doesn't happen. Instead, the following monday, I receive a voicemail form the same agent saying, "hey your items are shipping out today, but uhh we could only locate 4 of the 6 parts you ordered." This is practically hilarious at this point.
I get back in touch with Rocky, the assisstant manager, and he says he can overnight the remaining two parts from the warehouse to him, then overnight to me right away.
In conclusion - this company is not fit to do business. Avoid at all costs. Untimely, unprofessional, disorganized."
