"So far a very unpleasant experience.Originally I put in an order for 3 parts, (1) actuator, and (2) hinges.Shortly after putting in the order I received an email stating they don't have in stock the actuator, which is fine and they said they will refund it to my account.I had to call them almost every other day to get the refund and got it only a month later. The original order was submitted 7/29/2024, and I received the refund 8/27/2024. Again only after keeping calling them over every week to make sure it will be refunded as I haven't seen any refund on my bank statement.On top of that, when I opened the order for the (2) hinges, I received only one of them and was charged for two.I had to call in again to make sure they will ship it asap as I'm leaving town, the representative initially stated there will be an extra cost for an overnight delivery, I tried to explain her that they should cover the overnight shipping as it's not my fault they did not ship the 2 hinges at the same order, and it sounded like the representative was upset that I kept calling and expressing my frustration and trying to take care of their mistakes asap.
Probably would not recommend or order again from this company.
