"The checkout process is broken. It took me almost 10 minutes to complete waiting for various processes to complete. The system seemed to be confused unless I unchecked 'billing address is the same as shipping address'. Painful. It took two days for them to ship and they shipped it with the slowest possible shipping method from literally the opposite end of the country. I saved maybe 10% buying a $800 light assembly from them. But I'll have to wait two weeks to get it. The minimal savings are definitely not worth it."
