Placed an order for a part but over two days went by with no progress or updates from the dealer. No easy way to get in touch with them tried email but did not hear much. Phone rang and rang. Finally had to tell them to cancel my order via email due to the lack of contact but then they send a email 5 minutes later that the order had shipped. I do not recommend this Mopar parts store when there are others who show real time inventory and respond to emails and chat quickly."

" The site is difficult to navigate to find parts, especially for the interior dash/console pieces. Decent diagrams and parts identifiers once you find it. Still wasn't able to find everything, just too confusing/hit or miss but, if you keep at it and use a little imagination and some patience, you'll get there.
It seems to be set up for dealer lookup more than customers. "
