"I ordered a shifter cable part number 52110004ae and received a bracket part number 52107705ac and now they want me to pay to ship it back and its there mistake, they are saying one part number is superceded by the other, i have pic of the website showing 52110004ae as a shifter cable with pic just what i need, and 52107705ac as a bracket that i don't need and didn't order. I guess I'm stupid i can't see how a bracket can work in the place of a cable. I ordered this almost a month ago and just received it yesterday. They keep saying I'm wrong so finally i got them to say send me a pic of items which makes me feel belittled and ignorant, so i looked there part numbers up on there website and sent a pic of there page with part numbers and pics and now I'm not getting a response. So now I'm out out of $86.79 i guess. I will not accept a partial refund, this is my second bad experience. When i try to commuicate with them it makes me feel like i got scammed just the way its starting to look."
"This is the worst customer experience I have ever had. Tried to call for days and being put on hold. Then a message after holding for 5 minutes that say all customer service reps are busy. Please call back another time. This went on for a whole day. The chat service is all automated with the same answers over and over again. The web site says fast shipping...well it took over a week to get my parts shipped. I researched and found that this company has many issues with customer service and shipping parts in a timely manner. When I did reach someone at this company she said that they order from dealership, then the dealership orders from the warehouse. Then it is shipped to the dealer. Then the dealer ships it for this company. That is absurd. I will never order from this company again. And I will be sure to let all of our club members who do order from this company what my experience has been with this Inept Company."

"I would steer clear of this company. The parts I ordered were not correct, even tho their website claimed to be. The headlight retainer rings for a 1999 dodge 3500 are not compatible with a Dodge Dakota, the Dodge Dakota rings are much smaller. I called customer service, and they were going to have their tech dept call me back...nope, not even after a week. So I called them to do a return and that wasn't a problem but I had to pay return shipping for their mistake. I really don't have time to deal with all that plus I think that is very unfair. So, they have lost my business entirely. They do not seem to be a very trustworthy business to me."
