Ordered online and did not get acknowledgement.
Called them and their system was sending my information to a random email. Looks like it was generated by their computer by combining my first and last name. So my information was sent to some random person including my credit card number.
The customer service representative changes my email to the correct one and it shows the acount to be my wife's. I did not know she had one but he insisted I ordered through her account. We do not even use the same computers.
I'm concerned about my identity because they have been sending my information to a random person.
I'm going to talk to my lawyer to resolve this because David keeps insisting that I ordered through an account I didn't know existed"

"My order with Mophie went smooth and I received it in a decent time. My issue is with the product itself and Mophie's customer support. After 11 months of owning the the case the charging port broke and there seems to be other people with this problem online. Mophie replaced it under the 1 year warranty but it broke gain 2 months later. At this point I was less than a month out of warranty and was informed that it was not covered which I can understand. However their customer support wouldn't return any follow up questions that I had about the problem. So if your looking to get one of their cases I would explore other companies since these cases will last you less than a year. "
