"They do not adhere to their promised delivery timelines despite paying for it. Just because they took too long to process my order I have to take the hit and get it late. 3 working days is not two working days guys.
I now have to order additional items on amazon and return my goods so that I can meet my commitments.
Rather use someone else."
"This is massively unacceptable!! I had an order for a card with another website and was on the waiting list. I saw on more computers website it said a card I wanted was in stock so I cancelled my order from the other company to buy the product with More Computers. They took my money, then two days later I get an email saying it's not in stock even though when I ordered it said there were 2 left. I am now left without a card. I know there is a shortage but now I am in an even worse position! I'm no longer on a waiting list, I don't have the funds to buy a new card as I have to wait 3-5 business days for the refund to go through before looking again and the prices might go up again. I complained to the company and all i got was a sorry. A sorry does not make up for lost time and money!
