"I am extremely dissappointed with Morehome.com. My wife located a bed on their website at a very good price. She called to confirm that the bed was listed correctly, and they confirmed that it was and that it was also a very good price. We ordered it, and it shipped. 2.5 weeks later, we receive the "bed" and it is just one part. They did not send the full bed. They do not even list this bed in separate parts, so there is no way I could have ordered just 1 part. Their CSR confirmed on the phone to me that the price was too good, so they just sent part of the bed and no one called to confirm or ask me what I wanted to do. Now the only way I can get the parts I need is by placing a new order for several hundred dollars more. I am just taking a return/refund, but they wasted a lot of my time waiting on the bed, expecting it, and taking down my sons convertible crib to convert it for our new baby expected in 6 weeks.
As a side note, their CSR Ben was very nice and apologetic, but I wish they would have just caught their mistake in the beginning and not have wasted all of my time."
"Horrible! Do not buy from them. I ordered a bed and the website said it was in stock and would ship in 2 days. So I placed the order. Immediately the website said it was out of stock and would ship in a month! But it was too late to change my mind I had already placed the order. What liars! Then there was a series of continued delays, and finally 2.5 months later, I received my bed. And one of the pieces on the headboard was made wrong, with a cover on the wrong side, but we just decided to live with it because it would take too much hassle to return the thing."
"This is the worst seller ever, after 2 week of ordering they contact you to tell you that the items are not in stock, so you loose all your time waiting and them you dont even have money to buy in some place else because they will take forever to refund!! WHAT A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY AND EVERYTHING!!!!!"
"Terrible service. My first order partially shipped. After contacting their service dept. they apologized, and said it would ship ASAP. After contacting them a second time, they said they would check their stocks. It arrived 3 three months after the order. They are quick to take your money, but extremely slow on shipping. My second order, placed with Improvement Direct, which appears to be the same company but operating under different names, still hasn't shipped after one month. Again they took the money out of my account immediately, but did nothing. Avoid this company."
"Very poor communication. Did not notify about item being backordered for over. I had to contact them after two weeks. Once I was informed, they gave me shipping date of Dec. 22. On Dec. 27 item still had not shipped and they said they had no idea when it would ship as they were still out of stock and did not know when they would get more. Favorite line from customer service was "I don't know". "
"Item was backordered but customer service kept me up to date and offered to let me cancel. Item came in earlier than promised and was delivered protly. Very satisfied."
