"We ordered a cart through ebay. We did receive the item and the parts that we received were in good shape. We were missing critical pieces for assembly upon delivery and my husband contacted them with the request to overnight the parts and informed them that he would be giving a poor review if they didn't send him the CRITICAL PARTS THAT HE PAID FOR. Granted, as he had been working all night (he works 3rd shift) and had assembled in the morning, he wasn't exactly delicate in his wording after finding that he couldn't finish the fabrication. They responded with two separate emails- one saying simply "you are rude" and the other saying "you are rude and we are reporting you to e-bay for extortion". I'm not sure if they are aware of the actual meaning of the word, as expecting to receive something PAID FOR doesn't fall under that terminology. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!"
