WELL, MOREL PC IS IT! Customer service at Morel PC is phenomenal, Joe's been great, and it was my fault! They build them so you can upgrade them yourself or with their help. I can't tell you how happy I am; I may sound like a salesman but am not

"Through a lot of research on the best Laptop I stumbled on Morel PC from a website talking about good laptops at a lower price. I sent various emails to all the bigger laptop companies: AlienWare, & Voodoo PC. Joe at Morel PC was able to get back to me within an hour and had all my questions answered. The Price was a HUGE deciding factor. If you’re in the market to buy a gaming laptop, then you know the large differences in price. I paid $2000 dollars for a better laptop then the competitors; it would have been $3000 at AlienWare, even more at Voodoo PC. AleinWare spends your money on advertising and AlienWare logos. Voodoo PC spends it on Painting your laptop and voodoo tattoos. But in the end the hardware is what matters, you need something that performs, stays cool and can do whatever you need it to do.

Customer service for Morel PC is phenomenal they worked with me and kept me updated through whole order process. I have asked A LOT of questions and they always sent emails the same day or called back in minutes. They talked with me about anything from gaming to benchmarking. Your not going to get this type of service from ANY other company.

In the end the decision was made for me to buy from Morel PC because of the customer service, their ability to answer all my questions promptly and not be put on hold AT ALL. Their knowledge of the products and tech support are just too good to pass up. Then price they sell a cheaper faster laptop then their competitors, and offer all the same options. These guys are one of the best kept secrets for buying computers. Just call them and you’ll see.
