"Back in November 2007, in New York City, at Moss (146 Greene street New York, NY 10012) I purchased a flatware -Nuovo Milano in satin finish-. Today, it is August 11, 2008 and I still haven’t received the whole order. More importantly, I did not even get an apology. I received a part of the order in the wrong finish and still did not receive an apology. The staff who handled the purchase at Mossonline were careless, did not return my phone calls, and disrespectful at times. I wanted to let someone know so that nobody else would have to go through a similar unpleasant experience. I genuinely do not recommend any purchases from Moss!"
