"I ordered my product from most buying on the 12th July and it had taken a long time to arrive - so long in fact that I called the customer service department to see what the hold up was. The customer service was very good and she did reassure me that the product would be arriving soon, which it now has.
The product is just what I ordered so no problems there and is of good quality and as described on the site - good news as this is a gift for a family member. I will deal with them again, but definitely make sure you order at least 2 weeks before you need the item!"

The prices are great, site is easy enough to navigate and they offer AMAZING customer service. Their products are cheap imitations and are shipped from Hong-Kong. Takes forever to get the item and Forget about returns and getting money back. Also I wrote reviews twice on their site for Ipad2 cover to warn customers that it is a bad product but never gets published. Stay Away and buy from trusted sites such as Amazon or eBay.
UPDATE:
Although the product I bought from them was bad, when I asked for return, they needed proof of what I was telling. Once I sent pictures of the iPad2 folio's issues, they promptly replied to get me the refund, which they did today. So will give them 4 star considering their customer service. "
