"I do not believe the level of carelessness they have. I ordered a shipment that is supposed to be received in 2 weeks, and after more than 2 months now, I have no Idea about where my shipment is. all I get is a dumb automated reply that i should wait to receive. I tried in many ways just to get some information about my shipment details and no one helped and they did not accept my refund request saying I have to receive shipment then I can return (surely the shipping cost would be on me - this if I receive).
I do not recommend any one from Middle-East (at least) to deal with this fraud website."

"Ordered a helmet months ago, for the summer.
I never received it despite the fact that I paid for it.
I contacted multiple times MotardInn/TradeInn.
They obviously don't want to refund me.
It took them months to contact the US Post Office, which apparently may have lost the item, which is their responsibility, not mine.
I have all the proof and paperwork about the ongoing case.
Since I am American and also Citizen of the European Union, I guess that on my next trip, I will have to file a claim for principle purposes (you don't need to be rich to sue in Europe).
I also will file a claim with PayPal since it seems that's the only way to get my money back.
Until then, riding with a cheap, badly ventilated and loud helmet (I can't buy another one since I don't have the money) for the summer (and it's really hot where I live).
You will find written in their terms and agreement that they will quickly refund you in those situations...Well I am still waiting, months later!!!
Now I let you judge about how they treat their customers, and what this situation qualifies at (when you pay for something you never get. )
As about me, I will never buy from them again, and my buddies riders now know about it.

"I'm compelled to write this review after the wonderful experience I've had with this online motorcycle apparel and product retailer. I recently purchased a leather motorcycle jacket from Motardinn. Since I hadn't heard of Motardinn but became acutely aware the company was headquartered in Spain based on their website; I made the payment using PayPal as a precaution. While awaiting my shipment, I decided to search online for reviews for other customer experiences. Needless to say, had I read even half of the negative reviews which are liberally spread online about Tradeinn and it's varied subsidiaries, I wouldn't have gone through with the purchase. However, today I received my leather jacket and it was everything I could have hoped for at a fraction of the cost major US based online retailers are charging!!! I would caution anyone who is potentially reconsidering purchasing products from Motardinn to take the negative reviews with a grain of salt. Upon placing my order, I was immediately provided estimated shipment and delivery dates for my package. I live in NY and the date of delivery by DHL was fairly accurate based on the tracking information. In summary, I'm overjoyed and so glad I made the decision to do business with Motardinn!! I look forward to saving money by making many more purchases with this international online retailer in the future!!"

"I ordered a very expensive Held leather jacket from motardinn. I received the wrong size in a very damaged box. The jacket has several scuffs on the leather. My wife initially thought I had bought a used jacket. I tried to return the jacket and soon discovered it is impossible to contact them. No phone number. No address. I tried using their online return form but it contains several javascript errors and never processed any sort of return. Even their online "chat" is automated and useless. I tried to challenged the charge with my credit card company bought was told since I did not try to return the item that there was nothing they could do. No I am stuck with a several hundred dollar leather jacket that is too small.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH!"

"I ordered 2 Inmotion SCV R1EX Scooter in white. The reason for this colour was because it was showing faster delivery availability. Let me tell you what happened next... (and yes every part of this story exists and can be evidenced....)
1. I was charged GBP210 for delivery given my address is Channel Islands (I was happy to accept this on the basis I received the 2 items in time)
2. I was charged this much because of my address (this is important because it comes up again later)......
3. The items left the shipper AFTER the initial delivery date quoted to me which was the first concern.
4. I immediately asked if there was still time to deliver and I was requited 20th Dec (still in time...)
5. However, in the end the items never got beyond Barcelona!
6. Both items have been returned to shipper (no reason stated on DHL website)
7. Tradeinn (AKA...Motard inn) eventually replied to me with the reason I did not give a complete address. This is a lie and simply not true!!!
8. The invoice clearly shows the full address.
9. I was charged considerably in excess on UK posting given the specific location of my home (so my address was known).
10. BUT MOST INTERESTING, I rang DHL and DHL confirmed the reason logged in the DHL system was 'Returned to Shipper due to dangerous articles enclosed'. DHL tell me the parcels did not have the correct paperwork attached by the shipper.
11. For this company to tell me the failure was my mistake when clearly it is nothing to do with my address is a lie.
12. Tradeeinn (Motard inn) lied on their website with immediate availability dates to induce the initial purchase
13. They lied about the delivery date when accepting the order.
14. And they then lie to me telling me this failure was MY fault.......
Thank you Tradeinn (Motardinn) for ruining my children's Christmas present given I do not have time to reorder.
My advice is be careful using this company and ask yourself can you trust them? My experience shows they cannot give clear customer help or information, and my experience evidences that they lie.
From a very sad father who now has to explain to his young children they will not get their Christmas presents........

"I bought an Alpinestars protection jacket from motardinn. I won't go through everything I had to endure but basically:
- package didnt arrive on time,
- two scheduled deliveries failed,
- worst communication interface ever (you need to write your message through the website, they reply by email and you need to reply again through the website; some of the messages they send you are no longer available/readable once you've opened them once; total madness)
- contacted motardinn and they never showed real support (just said they'd check with the shipping company, then nothing happened - there's no coordination with the shipping company),
- package arrived more or less 20 day after the first date of delivery scheduled,
- item was defective - tried schedulling a pickup (worst return system in a website EVER!) to return the item and get my money back
- was informed the package would be picked up on day X, had people at home to deliver it to the shipping company, NO ONE SHOWED UP!!
- second pickup date - NO ONE SHOWED UP!!
- asked MOTARDINN if I could send the product at my expenses and then be reembursed - they said no, needed to be through the same shipping company!!
- finally, product was picked up - 19 days later, after no replies, sent an email to motardinn to ask if they had received the product - they say it had been sent to Alpinestars to be assessed and fixed!! I told them I wanted my money back as I was still in the 30 day return period (they never said they had received the item so they could send it to me again and not give me a refund!!)

"I had several issues with my order:
1. Their website is misleading about the accessories that come with the Sena 10r. I called twice to ask what the Sena 10r came with or without the Handlebar remote. Their website clearly stated and showed the handlebar remote. Both times they told me a tech would call me but they never did.
2. Had to wait 9 weeks for the Sena 10r to arrive. It did not come with the handlebar remote. I called again to ask how Motard was going to correct this issue of fraud. They never returned my call.
If you live in the USA I would not deal with this company. The language barrier is to great to overcome if you have a problem. In addition, 9 weeks is to long to wait for any item in this day and time. "

Then I had to wait to get my money back !

"I've ordered 3 items, the estimated delivery was between the 25 and 27. The 26, 2 items were marked as "in dispatch centre". The same day , they let me know(automatic message) they don't have an item after all and I should chose another one.
I've asked multiple time what was happening to my order but nobody replied. The estimated date of delivery changed without any notification.
Now the 28, I got a new automatic message to tell me another item is missing, and I cannot replace it...
I am now waiting for a refund, they haven't replied me yet....
I would never use them again. Really bad experience, poor customer service
