"This company is a joke. I received a shipping confirmation email with no tracking number. After waiting two weeks for my order I requested the tracking number and asked where my order was. I was not given any tracking number, but was told they don't usually replace lost orders, but would do me a favor. I later received an email stating the original order was damaged and they would send me another order.

After nearly a month I still have not received my order and now see it's listed as out of stock. I just attempted to cancel my order and receive a refund and was denied. This place is joke.

I'm finally having to contact my credit card company and the BBB to try and cancel my order."
