"PAID FOR ITEM THAT I NEVER RECEIVED, DIDN'T GET MONEY BACK FOR MONTHS AFTER REPEATEDLY ASKING FOR IT!

On November 25, I made an order for my grandmother for Christmas. On December 29, I asked them where it was - AT THAT POINT they told me the item was on backorder and may not get back into stock. I wrote them that day and told them they better refund my money (which they had processed the day of the order instead of when the order processed, since it never did process). They said they would refund it promptly. On February 5th, I remembered to check my credit card for this balance - IT WASN'T THERE. I wrote them and told them to refund my money immediately. They said it was in cue, that their accounting department could still take some time to get to it. I wrote them to let them know I would be contacting my credit card and reporting it as a fraudulent charge if they could not refund my money within 7 days...funny, it was processed on my credit card the very next day (today, February 7).

Basically, I not only didn't receive the present for my grandma (which was listed as 'in stock' on their web site when i placed the order), but it also took REPEATED asking to get my money back. I honestly think they would have kept my money for merchandise I never received if had I not remained on top of it.

*(I marked that the cost of the products was priced very high, because they ultimately tried to charge me over $50 for NOTHING. Had I received my order, it would have been cheap; as it was, it was very expensive.)"
