"I read reviews on the healing properties of Calendula cream and decided to give it a try to treat some dry and red blotchy skin issues I was having on my face. I purchased the 4 oz Arbordoun's Abundantly Herbal Calendula Cream. It's a little greasy so I apply it at night prior to going to bed. I have been using it for a week now and am starting to see some improvement. I am hopeful to see increased improvement as I continue to use this cream over the next month or so.

"Worst internet company I have ever dealt with. Will never shop with them again. Their business practices are clearly fraudulent. They list items as "in stock" when ordering, which become "out of stock" AFTER you have paid for them. (That's right, as others on here have noted, my credit card was charged nearly a month ago for items that are not being shipped.) These items are still listed as "in stock" on the website, by the way. No human being either on the phone (I had to get a phone number from my MasterCard bill, but there's no human being there and the machine really does hang up on you.) or answering web-based requests. No way to cancel. There are so many good websites out there. I strongly recommend avoiding this one."

"Unfortunately, this company seems to have gone downhill in just the year and half I've been ordering from them. Never had any problems til the last few orders, but you wouldn't even know it's the same company. This last order was put in 1/6/11 via their website (as I've always done), and after almost two weeks I was told part of the order was "out of stock" (never mind letting your customers know *before* they order something that it's out of stock, that would be too easy, eh?) and it would ship 1/14. Lo and behold, I go check my order status today (because I still have nothing from them), and now it's shipping 1/19. Yet they charged me on 1/6 not once, but TWICE (was double billed - my bank cancelled their second attempt at charging me) and I still have nothing to show for the money. Sounds like a common theme, going by other comments on this board and others. Not sure what their deal is lately, but it sounds like they're having major problems with inventory, and quite possibly issues around charging customers without delivering the goods. I will probably go elsewhere next time. Their prices are very good, but it's not worth the hassle. Beware."

I had no problems in the transaction and received email confirmation at the time of purchase and once again when the items were shipped. My only complaint is that not all the products came inside their original packaging--I don't know if the products do not have original packaging, or if they were just removed for packing purposes.
