"I ordered a product from mothernature.com with expedited shipping. However, when it finally shipped 2 days after I placed the order (?), it was shipped UPS Ground.

The only way to speak to a live body is to call the sales number. (Apparently they don't want to speak to customers other than to place orders.) I called that number and asked to speak to a manager and was transferred to someone's voicemail. I left a message, but that message was never returned. I also submitted a request through their website asking for a manager to call me, but that request is showing that it was deleted, despite the fact that a manager never did call me. Again, they really don't want to speak to their customers. Does this sound like a company you want to do business with?"

"Now I have an addition to this review. This is the most shady, janky, deceitful company. Total fraud. After them not responding to my emails and misdirecting me, they had the nerve to challenge my original review (in the next paragraph) and state I never ordered with them. Piece of garbage, worthless company. On top of all this I know they write their own reviews in house, look at all the "other" reviews, there all generic, template positive reviews. Obviously written in house by there company. Any review with substance and real is negative. Unbelievable! I am working with fraud agencies on this company and trying to get them exposed for the fraud company they are and shut down if needed.

(my original review) Zero customer service. I emailed them and they told me i had to email them through the order confirmation email becuase they didnt have my info on hand. I emailed them as they instructed and no response. I emailed them several times, no response. So i ordered the products elsewhere since they never gave me shipping confirmation and they finally showed up after i ordered the same products elsewhere. Another garbage online store who think they can hide behind they online store where customers cant find them. "

"I ordered a product on 6/20/2010 and the product was immediately cancelled AFTER taking my money from my account. THey wrote back 2Xs to say that I'd receive a refund and I still have not received a refund on 7/26/2010. THere is only one person in all of customer service who answers the phone and he puts you into voice mail. I now have to complain to the Attorney General for fraudulant site activity. VERY POOR!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY."

"After finding the lowest price on the item I wanted at Google Shopping, I placed my first order with MotherNature.com on September 9 and received an email confirmation the same day.

Two days later, I received an email shipping notice. Shoppers should note that this merchant sends these shipping notices a day after their order has shipped. So, if you haven't received notification that your order has shipped for a couple of days, just be aware that this is the way the systems at MotherNature.com are set up.

The next day, I received my order, all the way across the country. Surprisingly, it had been drop-shipped from California!

I took advantage of a coupon offer for free herbal soaps when I ordered. They were made in China and with the latest warnings in the news today about tainted baby formula from China finding its way onto shelves, I discarded them. I personally wouldn't recommend using this offer, as I had to pay shipping on the "free" product."
