"I was working with Melissa at Motherboard Pro. She replied promptly, courteously, and gave me some great help. I would certainly buy from them again. Their prices were competitive and shipping was quick."
"I placed my order on a Saturday night and received my package on the following Tuesday! They have the best prices around when it comes to motherboards. If I or one of my friends ever need to buy another motherboard, I will definitely look to motherboard.com for my/their next purchase. Great service!"
"Incredible customer, service! Melissa went above and beyond to locate and order the specific revision of a Supermicro board that I needed. No other company was willing to do this."
"This was my first experience with MotherboardPro.com and it won’t be my last. I admit that I was a little hesitant to order from them, as I had never heard of them before.
Here’s my experience:
I originally ordered using Google checkout, but for some reason they didn’t release the order so MotherboardPro could not start processing my ASUS P6T motherboard. I emailed customer support inquiring about the status of my order and within 30 minutes a rep by the name of Melissa responded telling me why my order had not yet shipped. She told me what I could do to get the order to ship out the same day. I needed to cancel the Google checkout order and submit a new order directly through MotherboardPro.com. I said that was fine, and within 1-2 minutes she responded to me saying that she would cancel the order. I immediately started re-ordering through their site, and before I was done she had canceled my original order! I was blown away with the speed at which she was responding to my emails and doing what it took to maker her customer happy. I have emailed the customer support for other online retailers and it usually takes a few hours for a response, at best. I’ve never said this before about any company, but MotherboardPro.com customer support actually exceeded my expectations. I would absolutely order from them again and would recommend them to anyone.
Plus, they have competitive prices and no sales tax unless you’re in GA (or CA the site says, but I live in CA and was charged no sales tax).

"I purchased a motherboard from an ebay store that did not provide an I/O shield, and MotherboardPro was the answer for just the right MSI board shield. With shield in place, I get correct fan draw/circulation, contact ground, and keeps out the dust bunnies.
Item arrived quickly. Satisfied customer!"
"Amazing purchase experience. Best customer service I had in a long time!! Melissa was just great. Package received without problem, item was the one selected and in good condition, plus some extras (thx Melissa!!)"
"Great company. Very knowledgable people willing to spend time to develop good customer relationships. And, if they sell it, you know it's among the best out there. There should be more MoboPro's in the world!"
"i am very happy with the professionalism of this company. the board i ordered was out of stock. they did not charge my account until they had stock to fill my order. i was sent an email for each step of the transaction. shipping was fast and it arrived in well packed perfect condition. i could not be happier with Motherboard Pro. a perfect 10 to me"
"Great time experience shopping with them. I've heard lots of good things about them from others and I must say that it's all true. Excellent communication before, during and after the sale.
Will definitely shop with them again."
"I ordered a EVGA 132-CK-NF78-A1 NVIDIA nForce 780i SLI Mobo from MotherboardPro.com.. Unfortunately when I ordered this board it was in limited quantity and my order was delayed. However, Melissa from MotherboardPro.com replied immediately to my emails even after hours on the weekend providing me the latest status and the reason for delay. I had a great customer service experience w/ MotherboardPro.com and am looking forward to doing business with them again soon on my next mobo purchase!! Very trustworthy business w/ great prices and top tier customer service!!"
"MotherboardPro.com is my one-stop shop for virtually all my motherboard needs. I build and service computers and I do extensive research before I buy any motherboard; this site is great because it offers in-depth and accurate specs for all of the motherboards offered. There are many great value and hard-to-find motherboards offered and the prices are sometimes unbelievable. There is always something in stock to fit my needs. Finding the right motherboard is always a breeze because the site is well designed and easy to navigate. The checkout process was fast and it didn't even require an account creation. MotherboardPro.com is always my first stop when shopping for a new motherboard and I can easily call it an invaluable resource for anyone in need of a new mobo."
"I purchased an ASUS MB from MotherboardPro.com based on other positive reviews. The service and delivery was excellent. They had the model I was looking for that I couldn't find anywhere else. The price was very competitive. I usually don't write reviews but this was a very positive experience that I want to let you know about. "
"I ordered an ASUS P5E VM HDMI mobo from MotherboardPro and am extremely pleased with the product, speed of delivery and excellent pricing!"
"I run a small computer repair business in the deep interior of Alaska. Yes, even we have computers now! When I called to see about becoming a reseller for MotherboardPro, they were quite excited to do what ever they could do to help my new business. In addition, when I needed a particular motherboard for a finicky customer of mine, they ensured that it was the right one, (Made in Taiwan, not China!!) and got it delivered to me faster than ever! I will only buy my motherboards from MotherboardPro.com and no one else. They deliver and they are there ready to answer any questions you may have. "
"1st mobo they sent didn't work- they said I should return it because sometimes the arrive DOA. I paid shipping to return it, they sent me another to replace it at "no charge". When this one didn't work, they referred me to the mobo mfg tech support, who determined that my processor required too much voltage to work with their mobo. While tech manuals & web site say it supports a P4 processor up to 3.0MHz, tech support says "oh- it supports 2.0-3.0MHz P4 processors". Mine is a 1.5MHz processor. It fits written specs, but not the "REAL" specs.
Motherboardpro.com accepted my return but charged me shipping for BOTH of them that they sent me, plus 15% restocking fee. Combine that with MY paying return shipping both times, I feel I got ripped off. I paid a bunch for nothing useful.
They certainly could have rec. the mobo mfg tech support (mfg web site does not have the REAL specs - I tried that) the 1st time. Also: 1st time they told me that mobo gets to customer broken fairly often. After 2nd didn't work, they tell me they "never" have that problem.
I could understand being charged IF my processor didn't meet their documentaion specs, but it DOES meet them. I guess the REAL specs are different, and I should pay them because I didn't know that in advance.
Since they changed their tune about "no charge for return & 2nd mobo", I will never shop with them again.
I am VERY disappointed with the way I was treated & feel misled and abused by their customer service (or lack of it).
10-24-08: After reading the above review, Motherboardpro.com DID contact me and did refund the rest of the money I had paid to them (leaving me with expenses of OTHER parts I had purchased elsewhere that were to be used with this product - as well as shipping that I paid returning both motherboards). When I asked why 1 person told me these are "often" broken when shipped, and another tells me they "never" are broken, I was told "well, she tells people that they break, and I tell them they don't"
I am also out the expense of a couple phone calls (they have no toll free number & I always had to call them back)
They have encouraged me SEVERAL times to change my review because they tried to make it right, but refunded my money anyway, even though I waited to be SURE I got my refund, before adding this to my origial review.
Overall, I gues my problem with this company is they (or the manufacturer) were apparently at fault (wrong specs listed), and I lost money and time as a result. Before they read my review, they were charging me 2X shipping plus 15% restocking fee. Only after I posted the above review did they become concerned that MAYBE they shouldn't have charged me for their mistake.
If I had not posted, they would have kept my money without giving it a second thought.
The good news? It seems like they try to satisfy you (IF you write a bad review online) and claim to have changed the specs for that mobo on their website to prevent this happening to other customers.
I admit they tried to contact me several times and I have not responded to them - ALL requests for me to change my review. I just didn't want to waste more time or money on this matter. It seems to me that if they were charging ME for shipping + restocking fee because they thought I was wrong, they should cover MY expenses (shipping & phone calls) plus value of my time wasted (think of it as a reverse restocking fee) because my processor DID meet the listed specs. Their fault, not mine.
Whats fair is fair, but I don't expect them to REALLY be fair. I'm too much a realist."
