"I ordered jb stage 1 and bluetooth module on nov 2 Friday. but i decieded to cancel my order to get just jb4 in the future right after 10mins. so i sent email and send a form from their contact us. I checked their website and checking my account its been saying awaiting Fulfillment. So i checked website on Monday again, still same no updates or emails from them. So i called them to cancel my order. they said they already shipped so i can't cancel my order. I was like I have no respond at all and I got no emails about shipping and tracking number. They just said they didn't get email and website will update this evening. Thats it. Also website has no cancel option right after you order it. That was really horrible and irresponsible."
