"I ordered something on Sept 8,2011. Checked the site and it said it was shipped Sept 15,2011. It gave a tracking # and it is now 10/16/2011 and I still DID NOT get my item. The tracking number they gave me still says that the USPS was notified to expect shipping. It never shipped. I have sent AT LEAST 10 emails and I HAVE NOT received any replies. This company took my money very quickly but never sent the item. Well, after Motor Fiend saw this, I got an email back from them saying how sorry they are and they will look into it. Well, it has been 2 weeks and I have heard NOTHING back from them and I still have NOT RECEIVED my product. I can not believe this company. They take your money and RUN. I am looking into what to do to file a claim with anyone because this company is a total rip off. I tried to be patient but it is obvious this company could care less."

ordered some 35k green hids 14 days ago and have not gotten anything. Not even an answer to my email. This site has reviewed itself and has given credit to themselves. I have seen the same exact post in another sites with different names. This people want free money, don't listen to rating, listen to this review."

"I ordered a set of HIDs from this company on july 3rd. It is now august 19th and I just now got a refund of my money after over a month of fighting with this company to get my merchandise! And not only did I complain to them I had to file a formal claim with paypal because of their incapability to comunicate with me to resolve the problem. I will never deal with this company again and would strongly advise everyone else not to as well."
