"I'm 6 ' 195 lbs, an XL in most anything from most anywhere fits fine. I ordered a Tourmaster Mariner jacket, XL, the arms were so tight I could barely get it on with the liner installed. The sleeves were nearly an inch above the bone on my wrist. Never going to work for me. To return it for refund UPS charged me $41.25 shipping. Never again. $40 + to try on a jacket ? I bought a jacket from another site, (it was new enough), their return policy = $8.95 shipping tag in an email, UPS. That seems reasonable to me. $40 ? nope. I'll be removing myself from this email list, and deleting anything I get from them in the future. "

I think the sizing might be a little small so I tried it on before ordering it. The XL fit me better than the L which is what my other jackets are. Instead of contacting me and sending a comparable item, which they did have it stock for $80 more- they just canceled the order. Customer service would have been contacting me to send a comparable item. Doing what they did postponed a trip I expected to be ready for. "
