The bad was the shipping. I've ordered equipment from this website when they were newenough.com and had an overall great experience. Now whether or not the change of name/organization had anything to do with it or not I don't know, but what I do know is that the shipping time was more than a week and the tracking system didn't work at all.

The tracking system didn't work and when I contacted motorcyclegear.com, they said that they had been having a lot of complaints about the tracking system not working but there was nothing that they could do unless it had been more than 10 working days (2-weeks). With this order being a fairly small order I wasn't overly worried about not knowing the status or how long it would take to receive my order, but I would hesitate placing any significant order with motorcyclegear.com in the future because knowing where my order is and when it is going to be delivered is important to me.
