"The shipping tracker you provide is flawed in that it only shows the expected date of when YOU will deliver the item to the shipper. It does not show the expected date of delivery of the product to the purchaser.

This is mis-leading and setting the wrong expectation, as well it leads me to wonder why does it take a week for an item to be brought to the post office for shipping?. I had expectations of receiving my item on May 18. It is now May 28. I bought the item on May 10. Maybe I missed the information on your website on how long it takes to ship something, but that doesn't discount the fact that your internal tracker basically stinks in that it only (for me) tracks when you even delivered the item to the post office... a full week after I had made the purchase.

I'm still waiting on delivery of my item at this time, so I have no good feedback for you

"My over all experience with this website would be 4/5. This is only because one of the products I ordered didn't fit and I ordered the supposedly correct size from the site. I had to return it and pay shipping. When I went to order the next size up. I was told it was on extended back order. They gave me the option of getting a 110% store credit voucher or a full refund. I opted for the store credit because I found another item that would fit (hopefully). When I ordered it, the expected date for me to receive it was 5/25. However, it was shipped out on 5/24.
