"Product is fine but delivery process was horrible. Item was shipped UPS to a post office box (anybody with any reasonable shipping department knows UPS doesn't deliver to post office boxes). UPS picked an address (my ex-wife's) and delivered it. The shipping dept basically told me it was my problem because I wanted it delivered to a post office? Definitely not "customer friendly". As noted by vendor, after I initially wrote this review, they figured out what had gone wrong in their shipping process and fixed it. I'll gladly try ordering from them again the next time they have another one of those deals I "just can't refuse"...."
