"Motorcycle Pro Shop is an ok store to order from. The problem is their communications and customer service could be much better. I ordered a tire online, only to call and find out that it was out of stock. This is due to their system not being up to date like other websites. They sent me a different tire which I agreed to on the phone but it didn't fit. I accepted responsibility for that and asked if I could return it without being charged the return fee. They said yes in an e-mail. Once I returned the tire I was charged the restocking fee which I was told I wasn't going to be charged! I have the e-mail to prove this as well.

I don't think I will shop there again as other stores are much more up to date with their systems and customer service. They did provide the item for me but it was a hastle to have to dig for answers that should already be in the website. (In my opinion) I wouldn't recommend this store to a friend. "
