"The products and pricing -fantastic! The website is a pain, however. It took me three days to be able to place my order as my cart would not show my items and trying to "view removed items" did nothing. I quadruple checked all my settings to ensure I was compliant with the site requirements, tried three different devices, and had another person try as well, checking settings, and on three different devices. I was just now able to make my purchase. Thank goodness the item was still available. Again, the products and pricing, and the company itself, are amazing. The website leaves much to be desired. Functionality is kind of a must to order. Almost frustrating enough to keep me from coming back... But I'm hoping maybe it's a system glitch and will get fixed. For now I will continue using this site and recommend them to others."
