"This is family! I have been to Motorcycles of Miami to buy my F800GT about three years ago, then only to buy accessories and for routine service. Yet, everybody knows me by name. They all treat me as if I am the owner of the place. The only negative is that I am embarrassed not to remember the name of all the employees. I have never had an issue with their service. My Bimmer is one of many that I have had, or currently have. But this is by far the best dealer."

"Ever since I bought my motorcycle at Motorcycles of Miami, I';ve been surprised with the great customer support, after sales service and friendliness of the staff.

I've taken my motorcycle to its first scheduled service and the team has been very thorough with the scheduled tasks and equipment recommendations.

They have become not only my "dealer" for parts and service, but also have a Owners Club, with scheduled short and long rides, with professional organization of trips, amazing routes and all you need to make the most of the experience of riding a state of the art bike.

I am definitely getting my next motorcycle with them, and will be my go-to guys for any service or parts for my babies.

"I am writing to you to inform you about an incident with my motorcycle BMW 0 km.,since there was no answer, or any solution in any area of service, therefore I am obliged to communicate directly with you to get an answer. The detail of what happened:



The day april 23 2014 I bought a motorcycle BMW F700gs, vin number: WB10B1100EZF85650 at the store Motorcycles of Miami, inc. Located in 7501 NW 36th st. Miami. When I took it to the first mandatory service at 600 miles (1000 km), note that when I was operating the front brake,it producing a vibration which I attributed it to the ABS system because I never drove before a motorcycle with this system. In this service was replaced exhaust manifold headers due to dent by warraty because it has been knocked in the transfer from the factory to the store, then I coment my concern about the vibration in the brake discs and they give me confirmation that they had been controlled, and there no was problem with them but that did not turn out well. (as you can see the file attached they only controlled the brake fluid levels, but they never controlled the nothing about the brake discs). Then I started a journey from Miami then across Canada to get Alaska (USA) and then I cross Latin America to get to Ushuaia (Argentina).



Shortly after starting the journey, the vibration mentioned at the beginning started to become more noticeable, to the point of being too annoying which produced poor braking until I choose not to use the front brake anymore. After reaching 6000 miles (10,000 km) I go to a service in Blackfoot Motorrad, 6 Highfield Circle S.E. Calgary, AB T2G 5N5, where they refused to give me the mandatory service, offering an appointment within 14 (fourteen) days, so I decided to buy the parts and continue my journey without any technical inspection in my front brakes that which were still in warraty.



I continued the rest of the trip visiting different dealers such as Fairbanks in Alaska, where they denied me the relevant service, deciding again to buy oil filters, air filters and do the job myself, and continuing my journey without any technical review on my brakes which were still in factory warranty. Arriving in Edmonton I go to a dealership for the technical inspection where only I was notified that I must leave the bike and they only would perform the oil change and any other technical assistance, so I bought the oil, air filter, oil filter, etc. again to do it in another shop, where I was reported that the brake rotors were unable. I was unable to leave the motorcycle at the service because I was traveling alone across the continent, so I turn back to Houston, Texas and the day September 27, I decide to leave the bike at the store British USA / Gulf Coast BMW 1210 College Ave. S. Houston, TX 77587 for the complete service, having traveled so far 16.500 miles and also for perform the review of the brakes, where I replaced the rotors front discs for being damaged and I had to pay the amount of US $ 1,000 approx. because the service would not recognize the collateral damage, objecting to wear because the mileage, when in fact the technical failure was coming from factory.



In this same message attached documentation of service performed and the cost of it, since I would get an acknowledgment of the warranty due to the failure of the disks was from manufactures, and any authorized service could provide a solution to it. This was my first purchase of a BMW motorcycle and so far I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with the services provided, to the point that I canceled a future purchase waiting as this situation is resolved, for now I will waiting for you answer.

"I was really disappointed with the last service provided by BMW Miami. The service has taken a very long time and any person has contacted me to explain what was happening with my order. I 've called several times to get the information. So, after 03 weeks finally my motorcycle was ready to go but the I've noted that the one side of the lateral bags were missing and it returns to the workshop to find it out and on the second time I've noted the missing screw on the tank and it returned once again to the workshop. At this point I was really disappointed.
I was waited a long time to get it back and I've spent much time just to get back my motorcycle from the shop. Comparing this service with the previous one this was the worst.
Hope next time the people have more consideration with the clients!
