"I have to say that I am extremely disappointed with not only the customer service, but also the device itself! I am a Marriage & Family Therapist working with teenagers so I had previously recommended this product to many families who had new drivers. When our son turned 16 and began to drive, I also purchased one for his car. It was really helpful for the first few months then we learned (after a $155 diagnosis fee) that the device itself had disabled ALL the safety features, including airbags, in his Toyota Prius. It was highly recommended that we not put the device back into the car. When I contacted MOTOsafety, the woman who initially tried to help me indicated that they had known about these problems with Prius cars. I was shocked! I requested a refund as well as for the company to pay the fee for diagnosing the issue. It has been almost 6 months and they have yet to resolve anything. I have emailed and called and have gotten little to no response. As a parent and a professional, I again need to say that I am so very disappointed and I would not recommend using this company at this time! "
