The due day went by and never heard from them, finally found out my items weren’t even in stock and they lied on their site just to get your money. I tried posting a review about this on their site because this is the second time they’ve done this. The took done the post and emailed me saying it wasn’t allowed on their site. Basically don’t go for their site for reviews and don’t order from their site if you want your stuff on time. Go to a local dealership because they can get your stuff for the same price or cheaper and shipped to you faster."

"I went on the website to purchase a set of $230 nerf bars for my son for Christmas. I selected the item, put it in the cart, paid overnight shipping of the item and ordered it. I received an email confirmation of the order but never received confirmation that the item was shipped. I went on the website and selected the Chat option. Spoke with Trevor, who looked up my order and said "whoops looks like I don't have that item". Why would they have an option to purchase an item, pay overnight shipping when they don't even have the item in stock? Makes no sense. The money is on "HOLD" from my available funds so now I cannot even use the funds to try and find a replacement 4 days before Christmas. Had I not reached out to them directly, I would have sat around waiting for a delivery that was never coming. Very frustrating and needless to say they will never get my business again. "

I have a 2016 KTM 450 sxf with the blue Troy Lee designs graphics and wanted to change the number. I spent months trying to find a company that could help me. I finally gave up and asked moto sport to just send me the black number plate portion. They called me and asked for more details, so I described my bike. Steven said he understood and would talk to the graphic guys. I really was hoping they could just give me a black background in the shape of the number plate. What I got in the mail was a perfect match for the entire side plate. A new TLD blue side plate with my number 77. I could not be more happier. They are awesome. I recommend them without reservation."
"They sent me the wrong item, made me print out a return label, drive the box to the UPS store, and didn’t send my correct item until they received the incorrect item back. No offer for the package to be picked up, and they made me feel like it was my obligation to correct their mistake. Because if their mistake, I had to wait an extra month for my product, and they didn’t offer anything for my inconvenience. Will not buy from them again."

"There is nothing better to gain your customers like offer peace of mine if they are not satisfied with a product or need a refund when the item falls low in expectations, especially if has not been used. Well, I bought a disk lock from Motosport and the pin was to thick. Did not fit in any possible way. I call them with the intention of send it back and have a refund...they refused. The excuse was since I broke the hard sealed package where it comes they cannot accept it. In my opinion that excuse is not acceptable. First because it is not the consumers fault that it comes in a hard plastic shell that needs to be cut it into pieces just to get the product and try it...and second, the advertisement said "UNIVERSAL FITMENT". So think twice before order anything from this people cause you wont have your money back. Like the item or not. And by the way, if I have to review the product itself ( setting apart the fact that took long to arrive than expected) the lock was too heavy, the pin is tooo thick and the keys are too long. I would not reccomend this lock. The model is OXFORD QUARTZ XD10. I won't buy anything from them ever. Not my bikers friends and relatives. A company that takes advantage over its customers does not deserve their money or patronage."

"In one word HORRIBLE! I needed part for my sons JR50 and found all the part I required at one place motosports.com. I though great my parts all showed in stock. The regular shipping was $20 ground to Canada 5-13 days, My son and I planned to ride with a group in two weeks. so i payed $64 dollars for DHL 4-8 day shipping. After a few days with no updated I contacted motosport.com using the online chat. I asked whats going on we ride in like 8 days. they told me that some of the parts they had no stock and would be at their facility in a week then ship out. I asked if I could cancel the order or was it to late. they responded "done, your order is canceled" I got upset and stated I clearly asked a question and didn't intend to cancel the order as i need the parts. They dodged my emails and calls for a week finally on March 1 2018 I got an email back saying you payed for ground so it will be there in 5-13 days when it finally arrived to a company called Borderfree to be shipped to me. Again I got upset as I payed for expedited 4-8 day shipping. What a joke this company is. Hopefully I get my order eventually.

"I was in a hurry to get a rear tire, site states they have a warehouse on the West Coast (Oregon), so I figured it would arrive quickly.
I put my order in sunday. Monday am (west coast) I get email that the package was shipping. By monday evening UPS still hadnt received the package. I called Motosport customer service, their answer was "UPS has the package, maybe they havent updated yet". Well, I deal a lot with UPS, if its shipping 8am, and by midnight they havent scanned it, then they dont even have it.
I ask where the package is shipping from, they said Kentucky. I then said how by ground will it get here by friday. Your site says you have a warehouse in Oregon. Well, they dont anylonger. I would have ordered from a west coast place and not gotten dicked around.
Customer service said "check again tonight" to which I replied then you havent even sent it, and it wont be here by friday.
Their response was "we only give an ""estimated"" time". And sure enough, I was right, as UPS did get the package until sometime tuesday afternoon, and it still sitting at the hub, and now wont be here until monday.
I wont be dealing with them ever again."

"Not a bad place. Good prices and good selection if actually stocked. Ordered several times with no issues so problems might be a new thing with them carrying less inventory or just a string of bad luck. But on the last few I've waited for my order only to find out they were "waiting for inventory". Upon inquiry on the last order I was told the item was not stocked and it was marked as such. It was not listed as such when I ordered. Not a big hurry so i waited. Inquired a week later and asked that they give me an update or cancel the order. No response but it shipped a couple days later. Just allow a few weeks for delivery and if you need it quick order elsewhere. Last order placed on the 6th and it shipped on the 18th."
"Nothing shipped when they said it would ship. They won't reply to emails for 2 or 3 days if your lucky. Bad communication problems with there customers. Do not recommend buying wheels and tires from them.
