"Can not believe these people. Writing this review is like cutting and pasting all of the reviews listed below. I ordered some ASV levers for my bike on May 18th. They said my estimated shipping date was May 20th according to my confirmation email but it is May 30th already and still no shipping. Worse: They told me that they would not be receiving one of the levers until mid next week and would ship when they got them. That would put my order to almost four weeks later that I received anything..

Thankfully I emailed them and was told that they would overnight the levers as soon as they got them. Cut the receipt time from 4 weeks to 3 1/2... Goodbye Motosport

"I place 2 orders, only because i forgot i needed a tool. the second order said it would ship 1 - 3 days. which it did and took about 2 day for delivery. I live in Ontario, Canada. I was happy so far with there service. My first order when checking out said it would take 7 - 10 due to the chain and sprocket kit i was ordering, ok that is fine i could live with that. That was on May 14 with i placed the 2 orders. Today is May 29, I called the customer service, guy had no clue, seemed like all he could do was read what the computer infront of him was telling him. Told me that the part is back ordered and should be in next week. so thats another 7 days. Told him that order said 7 - 10 day and he had nothing to say about that. then asks if i want to cancel my order ah no i need those parts thats why i order them. bike has been sitting in my garage since first week of may cause my chain rattles when riding. he did care and just said it will be in next week and will be shipped out when we get them. so i am looking at about at least 10 days or more. i will not be going back to this company."

"This is an absolute joke of a company. After placing an order with them for a part (and i went ahead and through in a screw while i was at it), over a week went by without a delivery. I used their contact form shortly after to check the status of my order. I received a response via email several days after that stating that the main part was out of stock and would no longer be carried, but did I want them to ship the screw. I then sent 3 additional emails over the course of another week with no replies received whatsoever. Who knows if they will ever receive the email to cancel the order.

In summary, this company advertises parts they don't carry, they refuse to notify you unless you contact them to enquire, and then they don't follow through to complete any type of updates to the order. Time remains to show whether they ever release the funds they are holding on my credit card.

"MotoSport rocks! MotoSport has always done me well on my orders throughout the years and (for the most part) they have always surpassed my expectations in terms of shipping/delivery times and the packaging of the orders themselves. "The low reviews here are 100% correct...my experience as follows.

I switched to bikebandit from motosport.com where i used to order my oem motocross parts until recently. On my last order motosport lost my business when i found out that if any of my items i ordered where not in stock or out of stock at the manufacturer (which they wouldn't know until they placed order with them) then "All" my items would be held back until back ordered items shipped. When i asked about the possibility of checking if certain items were in stock with them i was laughed at rather rudely..customer service is a joke there.

Now the same parts ordered at bikebandit..here is how that went.

I find my oem parts click "check availability" each item come back says ships within 1-2 days. I had also called to double check and was told that any in stock items ship normally and any nationwide back order or out of stock items will ship separately when available at no extra cost but in stock items are not held back.

my order was placed on 5/17/12 got email today that all items have been shipped today with tracking #'s

Now that is the kind of company i want to do business with.

"They are the worst so far......it always take more than 3 days for shipping,I put two orders in a week,the first one showed up a week later missing the hip pads on my brad new riding combo,I did call them back and they didn't know what to do,they said "we are going to call answerracing to have it shipped to you" how can you pass this being a professionals guys how ride"B S.....

Now the second order,when I was buying everything was on stock,on the check out all was fine and tow days later I try to check my order status and nothing(WAITING ON INVENTORY) I did call them just to find out that they don't know what happen,the guy shot me a big LIE about the confusion....BS..
I'm going back to RMATVMC or eBay...

"They have a deceptive price matching policy. They say you have 30 day price peace of mind BUT...

Example: Pay 24.99+8.99 shipping

Call them after seeing item for 20.99, ask for the $4.00.

Answer: No, because the price is 20.99+S/H which is higher than $24.99

I tried to explain that S/H is not part of a price but they were rude and said i was digging too deep??

They also called a motorcycle dealers parts department and got them to raise their price so they didn't have to match it, luckily i saved screen captures and had the items in my shoppingcart at the previous price or they would have cost me even more money.

They may be fine to order from if all goes well with the internet site, but if you ever have to call and need something good luck. They would rather lose a customer than $4.00.

"I ordered 3 pieces for overnight delivery. Two pair of gloves and a face mask. The order taker was supposed to be knowledgeable, but had no clue to what anything was.

I received the gloves the next day and the face mask over a week later. I requested that my name be put on the the box, since it was being shipped to my work, which wasn't done. Also, all my notifications were sent to the wrong email address. The prices were decent, but if you are looking for good service, this is not the place to go.

"i will never buy anything from this store again. purchased graphics for yz 250 2002. sent me graphics for 03. refused to pay or refund shipping. i asked to speak to a manager the guy said he was out and would give me a call, he never did. called back they told me tough luck hung the phone up. customer service sucks here!"

"My biggest attraction to Motosport.com is their free expedited shipping. I'm an Amazon Prime member who is spoiled by having 1-click 2 day shipping always available for me, so when I couldn't find any motorcycle apparel there I was happy to stumble upon Motosport, a site that offered what seemed to be guaranteed speedy shipping.

I placed my first order last year and several since. That first one was flawless, but for these last two they've missed their promised arrival time. While I always got everything that I asked for, at a reasonable price, the main reason I ever ordered from them in the first place was so that I could get an item exactly when I needed it. My last order was a day late (scheduled for Friday, arrived Monday) when I specifically ordered it to get it on time for a short weekend trip. I placed another order yesterday, again needing it for this weekend, and yet again they're going to miss the scheduled Friday date by a day. Sorry Motosport, your prices are fair but if I can't rely on you to get me my stuff when I need it, I'll go to someone else.

I should add that I did complain when I saw my first order being late, but it must have fallen on deaf ears as I never heard anything back.

"My experience with Motosport was mixed. Take notice that if you're located in Canada, you are expected to jump through several unpublished hoops to get your order processed. I had to call their Customer Help line about 4 or 5 times during the entire ordeal. The order was $99.98, the shipping was with ground with an $8.00 freight fee (they have free 2 day shipping advertised for orders "over $99", but of course this is "whenever possible" and does exclude the busy holiday period). To their credit, it was correctly packaged and the items were perfectly as advertised. Start to finish, the entire process took about 8 days."

"Its seldom that on online store stands out from the rest, but Motosport.com does! I had not heard of them before but when doing a pricing search for a new helmet, I came across them. There were two other sites that I had done business with before and these other sites were "closeout" sites. Even they could not come close to matching the price at Motosport.com. In addition, their free 2-day shipping for orders over $100, plus a special Memorial day sale where I got a $25 reward certificate (for orders over a certain amount) added up to convincing me to order. I checked here at resellerrattings.com, say a good review, and ordered. Even though the part was listed to take a week to get in stock and then be shipped, I received it on my doorstep in a week. They even put a sticker on the box to say who packed it. That shows attention to quality and accountability. They also packed in some nifty Motosports.com stickers inside. I will do business with them again and recommend them to others."
