They were offering the refurbished camera for buy one get one half off. At the time it was a great deal, but this year several stores are offering the cameras at the same price I paid.

Moultrie shipped the same day. They didn't send an email with tracking info, but the order can be tracked through their website. I was charged sales tax on the order. I haven't had any issues with my cameras so I haven't had to deal with customer service. I'm even thinking about buying another since the prices have come down."
