"Loved the selection of plants they sent, I ordered the 9 variety indoor succulant selection. I also ordered the warming pack which amazingly was still warm when I unpacked my order. However, when the box arrived it look like it had been drop kicked. 2 of the selections had become totally unpotted and the potting mix was all off of their roots. I repotted them and hopefully they will survive. Also all of the tags identifying the individual plants were just everywhere in the box so I knew what I had but not which was which and it took some time to sort out looking at the pictures on the web site as a couple were quite similar. "

"My plants were good... but I know that they need time to pull themselves together from the travel. My issue with Mountain Crest is the packing. I don't think that you pack your plants well. The dirt is always all over the bottom of the box/packaging vs in the plants. I know that this can happen, but you guys need to figure out a way to pack the plants with the least amount of dirt falling from the pots. The best packaging I have received from ordering online was from a company called Logee's. I debate ordering from your site only b/c of the packing quality. Your pricing is very good, your plant choices are very good, your shipping cost is very good, but the packing is bothersome. Thank you. "

"The plants I received were in great shape and there is a nice variety. I will order these plugs again. With a 15% off coupon code and free shipping these are reasonably priced. The plugs are very easy to fit into empty spots in my planters and we used some to make fairy garden with my young nieces. They liked the smaller size of the plants and they could easily remove the plug of their choice to use in their project. I ordered 2 heat packs with my plugs since it was in the 20's when I ordered them and they arrived a day early and the heat packs were still warm and did a fine job keeping the plants warm enough for their trip to Missouri. Great job on raising these beautiful little plants for us to enjoy. "
